Submission Guidelines
  1. All abstracts should be in English. Use appropriate words and correct grammar.
  2. Abstracts should have a maximum of 300 words.
  3. The abstracts should contain the following information in the order provided:
    • Title of abstract
    • Full author(s) details
    • Background, purpose, methods, key findings, conclusion and originality or contribution

20th May 2026 - Submission of abstracts
20th Jun 2026 - Notification of accepted abstracts
30th Aug 2026 - Submission of full papers
30th Sept 2026 - Notification of accepted papers

Conference Dates
14th to 18th December 2026
Publication
All accepted/presented papers will appear in the COTUL Conference Proceedings.
