Short Course on Institutional Repository Management

Dear All,
Universities, research institutions, and organizations around the world generate a vast amount of knowledge which if disseminated properly, can be harnessed for the greater good to mankind through evidence-based decision-making and the production of innovative technologies. The recent initiatives to make scholarly publications (dissertations/theses, research articles, proceedings, books, book chapters, etc) via institutional/data repositories are facilitating free access to research findings and therefore, supporting research and development initiatives among countries.

The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology wishes to invite you to the Training on Management of the repository which will take place in Arusha on January 15 - 17 2020

Registration Fee:

Registration fee is TZS 450,000 (for Tanzanians) and USD 250 (for non-Tanzanians) per participant. The cost covers morning tea, lunch, and stationary during the training. Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation, and other related expenses. Payments should be done in advance.
