Membership
According to Article 12 of the COTUL constitution, membership to COTUL shall be open to all public and private higher learning institutions registered by the Tanzania commission for Universities (TCU) and /or the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) and other institutions dealing with research. This website provides two categories of members namely, Active members and Non-active members.
Active members
These are COTUL members who actively pay their annual e-resources subscription and maintenance fees within each financial year and or before the AGM. The list of COTUL Active Members is available through the following link. COTUL ACTIVE MEMBERS - JANUARY, 2022
Non-active members
These are members who fails to pay annual e-resources and maintenance fees for one or more financial year. Such kind of COTUL members are considered as Non-active and will be denied access to e-resources until it pays the fees it owes COTUL.
